we are delighted to formally introduce ourselves as cecilia and juan pedro (JP). by day, cecilia excels as an operations manager for an insurance tech company, while JP passionately pursues his career as an architectural designer. both of us thrive on creativity and relish a good challenge.
outside of our professional pursuits, we cherish moments spent with our four wonderful children and two playful Goldendoodles. when we're not immersed in our day jobs or expertly mixing craft cocktails, you'll often find us indulging in outdoor adventures like camping, floating down rivers, or spontaneously breaking into a living room dance party.

frequently asked questions
Do you sell alcohol?
Due to Washington State laws and regulations, we cannot sell alcohol. You will need to purchase the alcohol, which will then be mixed and served by our bartenders. This will essentially save you money! However, all of the prep work leading up to your alcohol purchase will be done by us – we will help you to decide what you need to order, how much you need to order, and when/where it should arrive.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we have general and liquor liability insurance.
What areas do you cover?
We are located in Seattle, Washington, and provide our services within a 25-mile radius of the city. If you require our services beyond this radius, we will be happy to travel further for an additional travel fee. For events that require a travel time of more than 1 1/2 hours, we may request prepaid accommodations, which will depend on when your event ends.
What types of events are you able to serve?
We can serve at private events. This includes weddings, birthday parties, baby or bridal showers, corporate parties, fundraisers, etc. For public events, it is the responsibility of the client to secure necessary permitting. Events must not be operating as a "cash bar", as we are unable to sell alcohol from our trailer.
What are your COVID-19 protocols?
We follow all state mandates and sanitize all equipment after each event.

Are salted rim mobile bars available for non-service-related events, such as photoshoots?
Yes, our vehicles are available for photoshoots and other non-service-related events. Connect with us for rates.
How do payment and deposit work?
A 50% retainer of the total cost is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 90 days before the event date. We accept bank transfers and Credit Card payments. Please note that the initial retainer is non-refundable.
What is your cancelation policy?
In the event of cancellation 90 days prior to the scheduled event, the client will receive a 50% refund, as the retainer is non-refundable. Should the event need to be postponed, contracted services may be rescheduled pending availability (please refer to our Postponement Policy). In the rare case that the vendor needs to cancel for any reason, a full refund will be promptly issued.
What do I need for the setup?
For the trailer bar, we need enough room to pull through, turn around, and park. It also needs to be on flat ground for setup and service. To make the most of your rental, we’ll need to be within 100 feet of an outlet. You can rent our generator for an additional fee if no power source is available.
How does tipping work?
We have a team of skilled bartenders who we highly appreciate and compensate accordingly. For your convenience, we offer two gratuity packages. Option 1 includes an 18% gratuity with a tip jar, and Option 2 includes a 22% gratuity without a tip jar. Please note that the gratuity percentage applies only to the cost of the bar package before tax and fees.
How does the booking process work?
Once you submit an inquiry and provide us with the basic information for your event you will have access to our marketplace, powered by HoneyBook. You can view all of our offerings and pricing. We will then reach out to you with a preliminary proposal and calendar invite to a 20-minute consultation call.
Once all details are finalized you will pay a deposit to reserve the date. We will continue to be in touch with you until the day of!
